I am considering bringing back 1:1 coaching and session by session training done via video. If this is something you are interested in, please contact me to see how we may set this up. I am willing to do in person outdoor 1:1 coaching through referral only. I am not currently adding it to my pricing guide until I feel there is enough interest.
Personalized Work Out Packages – With Coaching
After our consultation, I will create a detailed work out plan from scratch for you and send it to you. You will be able to communicate with me as often as needed (with some limitations for my own schedule). You will workout independently but will have more access to me as a trainer for continued guidance and assistance as you go through your guide. See the pricing guide for more information!
Personalized Work Out Packages – Without Coaching
After our consultation, I will create a detailed work out plan from scratch for you and send it to you. You will not have as much access to me aside from general guidance. This is great for those that are able to work more independently. You will use it however you see fit in your own schedule! A more budget friendly option that is still a personalized approach to your fitness needs!

Nutrition and exercise go hand in hand, but it can be difficult to find balance in it all. Having someone to help coach you through the nutrition aspect can help you even further to reach your goals. Together, we will get to the bottom of your challenges with nutrition. This is an in-depth look into the behavior side of what is making your nutritional goals challenging. This is an option completely by itself without training, and it is a great option as an add on too!
Running Training Plans
I am a runner at heart. I have dedicated a lot of time to studying how to create the best training plans to get you to your running goals as safely and effectively as possible. Whether you are wanting to be able to run your first 5k or are looking to do longer distances, I can create a plan for you.
